Olympian Elise Cranny on the transition from BTC to Team Boss and her 5k/10k double win at USA’s

Today I’m joined by Elise Cranny! Elise is a 4 time U.S. Champion and represented the U.S. in the 2020 Olympics in the 5k. She also became the second woman ever to complete the double win with the 5k/10k at USA’s in 2023. But she’s also seen a lot of success in the mile/1500, last year she set her personal best of 4:16 in the mile at the Monaco Diamond league. She attended Stanford for her college career and had been with the Bowerman Track Club ever since she turned pro up until a couple of months ago when she parted ways with them and Joined Team Boss in Colorado.
