Omar Sabir - Mid-term Elections - Evening WURDs 5.18.26

City Commissioner Chairman Omar Sabir was sworn into his position on January 6, 2022. His primary goal as Commissioner is to empower and enable all Philadelphians to participate in the voting process by addressing voter apathy and educating communities about the importance of civic engagement. He joined guest host Keir Bradford-Grey to discuss voting in the mid-term election, gerrymandering, and what steps people can take to get ready to vote in the mid-term election.
