Ombre - a term we often associate with fashion and beauty trends, not our relationship dynamics. This episode explores power dynamics in our relationships and when they can dip into the dark. This is particularly relevant as violence against women is rising. We all need to shine a light in how we show up and how our partners show up- we all need to heal to shine our lights in this world from love not fear. This episode shares reference to rape- and my own experience of this- I share this in advance so you are prepared in case it triggers you in this episode. This episode shines a light on how all relationships are on the Ombre scale and getting to know where your power shifts happen. So that we can all show up in balance. This episode is dedicated to my own Nan who has passed, her birthday was this full moon. My Nan was of a time where being in a relationship in the dark side of Ombré was accepted.
