OMG: Deion Sanders' BIG Moves Show Colorado is Ready to Contend in Big 12, College Football

Colorado football is making major noise as they position themselves to break through in the Big 12. Six commits in six days, a top 25 recruiting effort brewing, and a new-look coaching staff have ignited hope that the Buffaloes can not just contend, but potentially take over the conference. With Coach Prime’s recruiting powers putting Colorado in elite company, the focus is on elevating roster talent, building culture, and targeting the playoff. Can the Buffs back up the hype and become the Big 12’s new powerhouse?  Kevin Borba dives deep into the critical position battles defining Colorado’s off-season. On offense, all eyes are on the retooled offensive line and crowded running back room, where new transfer additions like Demetrius Hunter, Bo Huley, and Richard Young are set to shake up the depth chart. The key? Balancing the attack to take the pressure off Julian Lewis and finally fix a run game that stalled last year. Defensively, edge rushers like Lamont Lester headline a reworked unit aiming to return to the Big 12’s sack leaders, while a wide-open cornerback battle will determine if the Buffs can hold up in coverage. Is Coach Prime’s mix of high school recruiting and transfer portal magic finally the winning formula? Will the new staff maximize the influx of fresh talent and fix last year’s weaknesses on both lines?  Locked On Buffs covers the must-watch camp competitions, previews who could break out, and explains why this could be the year Colorado joins the Big 12 elite. Could the Buffs take the leap from rebuilding to conference contender and keep their playoff dream alive?
