A few notes: The date in question is the day before the publishing of this episode. After I recorded, I took a while to contemplate on if I really wanted to share it or not. I also didn't give too much in the way of detail. At this point in time I don't think detail is necessary; as I say in the video, more than anything I'm trying to give a little piece of my experience because I think sometimes these experiences shape our views of the world. ******************************************************************************************************** Today marks 15 years since my Uncle decided to end his own life. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge and remember him, and briefly discuss how sometimes situations involving suicide, depression, addiction and other instances of trauma can have an impact in how we view the world. What I'm trying to say is, I'm giving you just a little bit of context for me so you know a little bit about my frame of reference if I ever say anything in the future that makes you go "whaaaattttt???"
