🟦Parler du cancer dans le milieu professionnel, encore aujourd’hui, ça reste délicat : pour les salariés, c’est la crainte d’un frein à leur carrière. Pour les sociétés, c’est trop de difficultés à gérer. 📣En janvier, Arthur Sadoun, patron du groupe Publicis a lancé un appel aux entreprises pour, comme il annonce, "faire tomber le tabou du cancer au travail”. Chez Prévia, on applaudit chaudement cette initiative. Rendre visible ce sujet pour mieux lutter contre les a priori c’est aussi notre mission! Sachez qu’en France, chaque jour, 1000 personnes apprennent qu’elles ont un cancer dont 400 sont en activité (source : agefiph.fr) Quand on a lancé un appel à témoin autour de ce sujet, c’est Pascale qui a levé la main la première. Pascale, c’est une femme de 62 ans qui voit toujours le verre à moitié plein. Après une carrière à l'international, elle vient tout juste de prendre le chemin de la retraite. Aujourd’hui, elle se confie à notre micro, pour parler des cancers qui l’ont touchés. Elle aborde le sujet simplement, et avec le sourire!  Son parcours est à l’image de son adage: “il y a toujours une solution, alors on se remonte les manches et on y va”. Elle arrive à nous faire prendre de la hauteur, nous donne son avis et ses conseils. Tout en sagesse et drôlerie, ce n’est pas un récit banal, c’est celui de Pascale.
