She only started drinking gin a few years ago but has become a gindependant woman in a very short amount of time. During the pandemic, she started collecting and tasting new gins. This hobby led to making cocktails, simple syrups, and ginsfusions at home. Sadie really enjoys travelling, and she always makes a point of stopping at the local gin distillery on her trips. She also loves Prohibition-era cocktails and finding the closest speakeasy.
