She is a retired Royal Air Force officer with more than 25 years of experience in the defense, development/NGO, and diplomatic sectors. Now an experienced professional, career, and leadership coach, she has an extensive background in leadership, learning, and organizational development in international environments, and brings a unique perspective that helps her clients learn how to explore and navigate their journeys beyond the limits of today.​Samantha's professional career has focused on developing people.
