On Conscious Parenting

This weeks episode was inspired straight from a real life scenario that happened this past week with my 7 yr old daughter. Does everybody get a trophy and mom guilt are explored here. I believe wholly and fully that life is always happening for us and our children. So when this all too common moment happened for my daughter I used my approach of conscious parenting with her. Every moment is a chance to teach our kids something and arm them with tools we didn't have growing up. How I wish I understood the ego and consciousness when I was young. How I wish someone sat me down and told me my worth is not wrapped up in what I achieve or what I earn in sports or school. I learned about the conscious parenting style when I was pregnant with my first daughter and have been learning and anchoring into ever since.
