Since June 2024, she has been working in a hybrid capacity between Cornwall and London, leveraging her extensive background in education to drive innovative educational initiatives.In her current position, Dawn applies her diverse skill set, which includes project management, curriculum development, relationship building, research, creative strategy, and education. Her transition to this role demonstrates her adaptability and commitment to shaping educational experiences beyond the traditional classroom setting.Prior to joining Life Lessons Education, Dawn built a strong foundation in teaching and educational leadership. She served as a Class Teacher, Senior Mental Health Lead (SMHL), and Humanities Lead at Crofty MAT, where she further developed her skills in classroom management and curriculum design.Dawn's career history also includes significant contributions at Guildford High Junior School, where she worked as a Year 2 teacher and held responsibilities for developing the PSHE curriculum and enhancing staff and pupil well-being. During her tenure there, she took on roles such as Head of PSHE, Head of Wellbeing, and Designated Safeguarding Lead, demonstrating her commitment to holistic education and student welfare.Her experience extends to mentorship and teacher training, as evidenced by her role as a Regional Visiting Professional Mentor with Paddington Academy | United Teaching.
