On Grief and Coping.

This episode I wanted to dedicate to content creator Mikey Perk who is on the search for his missing daughter Sarah Perkins. We never know when unexpected events will occur therefore we cannot prepare for them, and it is completely out of wack to judge coping mechanisms of people who are experiencing traumatic events. During this episode I will reflect on specific moments where grief hit me in my life suddenly and how I coped, and how out of tragedy there can be some positivity that we can find from our experiences.
