On His Heart | John 17:13-26

July 26th, 2026 Pastor Chad McDonald It has been said that while the other gospels show us the body of Jesus, John’s Gospel shows us the soul of Jesus. In no passage is this truer than John 17. We have heard Jesus pray for Himself. We have heard Jesus pray for His disciple band, but in these closing verses we get a chance to overhear Jesus praying for you and me. Very uniquely in these verses Jesus is putting His arms around us, around Lenexa Baptist Church, and telling us what He most desires from His Father for you and me.
