This cast is "on location" from Whidbey Island in Washington state. I was on a leadership development retreat working on developing my own abilities. Leaders are always learning! I met up with three of my favorite leadership coaches Shelli Hendricks who has been on the cast before. Also Rick Thomas from BC Canada and Dr. Kim Acker from Colorado Springs. I couldn't help myself but to invite these three amazing coaches onto the podcast to talk about leadership.
