Inviting someone to church brings outreach beyond one private conversation. In Acts 2, Christians gathered around the apostles’ teaching, prayer, shared meals and generous care, while the Lord added those being saved. Their love makes Jesus’ work visible, and the varied gifts of His people can reach someone in ways one friend cannot. A church gathering also sets aside daily noise so guests can hear God’s word and respond, while Christians trust God to save and keep praying and inviting.
