On Publicizing One's Sins (Hilchos Teshuvah 2:5) Part 1 of 2

After reviewing the Rambam on the basic mitzvah of vidui, and going over a few "side ideas," we learned Hilchos Teshuvah 2:5, raising all the major questions and starting to develop an approach.
