Rania Khalek is an independent journalist, writer, and political commentator. Khalek has written for a variety of publications, including The Nation, The Intercept, Al Jazeera, Salon, Vice, Mondoweiss, and Truthout. Khalek previously served as an associate editor for the pro-Palestinian news website The Electronic Intifada, an associate writer for AlterNet, and a regular contributor to the media watchdog "Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting". She also co-hosts the podcast "Unauthorized Disclosure".
