On the bench with AFC Porchester ladies coach Molly Small

On the bench this week we have Porchester coach Molly small on the pod. In this episode we delved into Molly’s playing career and where she started playing at a high level of football from a young age at academies and at grassroots football to then where she excelled her playing career in women’s football. We then lead onto where the love for coaching began for Molly and what made her get into wanting to start coaching and see the levels she is able to reach such as getting her UEFA coaching badges. Not only has Molly been a player on the pitch or a coach on the sidelines she has also managed her own teams for consecutive seasons and took the teams to fa cup runs and winning promotions.
