‘ON THE GROUND’ SHOW FOR SEPT. 22, 2017–Rallying Against War and Rumors of War…Activists Tell FERC to Protect People, Not Polluters…Headlines on Healthcare, Black Lives Matter and More

https://onthegroundshow.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/09/OTG-SEPT22-2017MONO.mp3 This week in DC, our healthcare remains on the line as well as our right to clean water, clean air and our right to not live under the threat of war. We hear voices from a demonstration held outside the White House for the inaugural event of the People's Congress of Resistance, a gathering that brought together hundreds of activists from around the country to say no to war and U.S. imperialism. Also, more voices against a slew of new pipeline projects that could pollute and endanger communities and add to the climate killing carbon in the air. All of that plus Gerald Horne and headlines.
