"On the Road" at Revelry Las Vegas & North America's 50 Best Restaurants 2025 - Awards Ceremony

Today on our episode #430 of All in the Industry, Shari Bayer has a special “On the Road” show, which is part of our 6 episode series on Revelry Las Vegas 2025 and the inaugural North America’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025, which we recorded live at the Sirius XM Studios at Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas in late September 2025. The Awards honored 50 restaurants on The World's 50 Best Restaurant's new North America list, including JP and Ellia Park's Atomix in NYC, which was named the #1 restaurant in 2025.  Big congratulations to JP, Ellia, & the Atomix team, & all of the chefs & restaurants recognized!
