This weekend the annual celebration called Pilgrimage took place as well and every year the locals perform a play depicting the trial of the murder of Diamond Bessie. This in itself is a three day event with multiple performance times. We took in all the history of the town and visited some of the famous haunted sites. We recorded this episode from the Glam Room and had the opportunity to interview Brooklynn Bradley-LaFleur, one of the actors in the Diamond Bessie play, as well as a local entrepreneur. We truly enjoyed our time in Jefferson and cannot wait to get back to experience some of the other treasures the town has to offer.www.texaswineandtruecrime.com
