Recipes below.5th of July2 oz Gin3/4 oz Lemon Juice1/2 oz Demerara Syrup3 strawberries5 blueberries1 dash orange bittersTiny pinch of sea saltMuddle berries and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients plus ice and shake until well-chilled. Double-strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig and couple of blueberries.Mountain High2 oz Tequila blanco1 oz Blood orange juice1/4 oz GrenadineLayer the grenadine on the bottom of an empty rocks glass. Fill the rocks glass with ice. Combine tequila and blood orange juice in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled and strain into the prepared rocks glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel.#doitforwilson
