On The Runs 23 - Anchordown Ultra Marathon - Katie and Kali

On The Runs is  riding a runners high after this past weekends Anchordown Ultra Marathon from Colt State Park in Bristol Rhode Island. The smallest states longest race. This was our 2nd visit to the Anchordown Ultra and it did not disappoint. Katie and Kali both join us (8:15) to share their experiences with the 12 and 24 hour edition of the race. You'll hear stories from a high beam waist light to a few falls in the woods that lead to some nasty grapefruit size bruises.
