On the Way Through Vanity Fair

Behold Vanity Fair! the pilgrims there  Are chained and stoned beside;  Even so it was our Lord passed here,  And on Mount Calvary died. Cancel culture. Retaliation. Hearts grown cold. Lusts and worldly pleasures. Such is the world of Vanity Fair. The Lord Savior Jesus Christ was no stranger to such a world. As strangers in a foreign land, those who are believers in Christ know this place well. It is full of temptation to conduct one's self as desired. But what happens when two men walk through this town on the way to the Celestial City?  Join me as we talk about Vanity Fair and a portion of John Bunyan's allegory of the Christian life, The Pilgrim's Progress, and be encouraged as we look at Scripture and how we are to conduct ourselves in difficult times while in this world on our way to the Celestial City.
