He says that he is going to take an unplayable, but then moves the tree branch and this causes his ball to move. Stuart didn’t like this procedure and wants David to add two penalty strokes to his score, one for causing his ball to move, and one for the unplayable. David is adamant that he was just moving the branch to get to his ball. But Stuart believes that had David moved the unattached tree branch and David’s ball had not moved, he would have played it as it lies.
