Once Again - Judge Merchan Finds Trump in Contempt

from Justice Matters with Glenn Kirschner

Judge Juan Merchan, the New York State court judge presiding over Donald Trump's criminal trial for interfering in the 2016 presidential election, found Trump guilty of a 10th count of criminal contempt of court for violating his gag order again. But once again, Judge Merchan only imposed a punishment of a $1000 fine. He also again warned Trump that, in the event he continues to violate the court's order, he could be jailed, "if necessary." IF NECESSARY!!? Glenn explains exactly why actually punishing Trump is, indeed, necessary. If you're interested in supporting our all-volunteer efforts, you can become a Team Justice patron at: / glennkirschner  If you'd like to support us and buy Team Justice and Justice Matters merchandise visit:https://shop.spreadshirt.com/glennkir...Check out Glenn's website at https://glennkirschner.com/Follow Glenn on:Threads: https://www.threads.net/glennkirschner2Twitter: https://www.twitter.com/glennkirschner2Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/glennkirschner2Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/glennkirsch...See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
