Once again, the mainstream media is trying to sell an unsubstantiated narrative...that there is unusually low morale on the USS Abraham Lincoln because of its long deployment in the Middle East. It is complete conjecture... no facts...just spin. They try to create the impression that long deployments are unusual when, in reality, they’re actually ‘the norm’. Throughout our history, service people have been on long deployments. Do they grumble? Some do. As far back as Valley Forge, there were disgruntled soldiers. But they had supply issues and they weren’t getting paid. That’s not the case on the Lincoln. We have a media that is trying to sell an anti-Trump narrative.
