Once I Had A Secret Love

Special Note: Boise Bernard Queen will be appearing in a solo piano recital Feb. 20,2015 at the Harold Washington Library ,Pritsker Auditorium at 12:00 noon 400 S. State St, Chicago,IL. Composers Note: Here is a piano solo version of "Once I had a Secret Love" This piece was inspired by singing legend "Debbie Reynolds" when i first heard it back in the 1950's when I was just a kid and heard it on my mom's radio as she played it and other great mid 20th century pop songs when I'd bicycle home from school to lunch everyday. Its great songs like these that are kept alive through cherished memories as well as occasional performance that many youth of today have missed out on as to the historic importance of positive memorabilia of the past as a worthwhile extention of ourselves.
