One-Anothering

from CCCZion · host Christ Community Church

We have resumed our series on the church with a topical sermon on the “one another” texts of the New Testament.    Sermon text for this morning:    Galatians 5:13 - You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh[a]; rather, serve one another humbly in love.   Romans 12:10 - Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.   Galatians 6:2 - Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.   Ephesians 4:25 - Therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to your neighbor, for we are all members of one body.     Colossians 3:16 - Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.   Romans 15:14 - I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another.   John 13:34-35 - “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. (35) By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”   Hebrews 10:24-25 - And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, (25) not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
