One Belief Away with Tim Shurr

This week I've had Tim Shurr on the podcast which was such a delight! He has been in the field of personal growth for 35 years, has worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies, is a keynote speaker, and is the Dr. Joe Vitale's hypnotist. Tim has created his One Belief Away Method which is about identifying a belief that is holding you back, pulling it out at the root and replacing it with a healthy belief. Tim specializes in working with high achievers, which is exactly what I am. We talked about being attracted to challenging things, learning to take the time to rest, and the unconscious beliefs that can be driving our behavior. I shared with him the challenges I have gone through with my rapid growth and the belief that has been holding me back.Then, Tim offered to lead me through an exercise right on the podcast! It was a personal breakthrough for me. In it I found a beautiful belief that I have never had before. I honestly believe this is going to change everything for me. So now you can do the exercise too!
