One Generation Away: Remember

Pastor Libin discusses the importance of remembering and passing down faith stories, using the Vanderbilt family's decline as a cautionary tale. He emphasizes that we are "one generation away" from either remembering or forgetting our faith. Pastor Libin highlights biblical examples, such as the Israelites crossing the Jordan River and the erection of memorial stones, to illustrate the significance of storytelling. He calls for the church to actively remember and share their faith experiences, ensuring that future generations understand and embody their faith. Libin also reflects on personal family stories that shaped his faith journey, urging the congregation to do the same.
