Scripture: Psalms 68:4 I don't know if you have found, as you read the Old Testament, it puzzling how a hard it seemed to be for God to get to the Israelite people away from idolatry. Has that ever puzzled you why they kept falling back into idolatry? I think it would help us maybe in this passage where he's talking about them entering the promised land and how severe his instructions are with regard to worship.
