Many have spent their lives mocking Jesus, spitting in the face of who He is and why He came to the Earth. Our lives folded into the crowds who demanded He be crucified. But each and every one of us has a choice to make when we see Jesus hanging on the cross, in scripture. Instead of following the masses, we could be like one of the thieves hanging with him. We can either maintain that we are a victim of our environment, or we can recognize the compassion of Jesus. It only takes one look from our King, one statement, one act, and everything can change.
