One Mic Real Talk x The Arts Depot

This is another SPECIAL episode!! This week we take a departure from the usual crew, with producer Jake Lake and creative lead extraordinaire Lucy McVeigh hosting a special interview with some young people from The Arts Depot in Barnet. This is an expansive conversation where we discuss identity, culture, dominant ideologies in music, dance and literature. This was an extremely inspiring conversation, and it is so inspiring to hear these young people think so deeply about their place in the world and their interactions with institutions of power. Youth services have faced a decade of austerity, they’ve been dismantled and drastically underfunded.
