Welcome dear co-creators to Reawaken Co’s One Mindful Month fourth week Audio Meditation. Often, once you create space for yourself (the kind of space that occurs once you introduce a mindfulness practice), little bits of our shadow side start to appear. These are the bits that we've tried to hold down/sweep under the rug or ignore for so long. It's actually a good sign when these things start to bubble up. Use this meditation to greet them with your heart chakra and allow those parts of you to be acknowledged and to heal. We are dedicated to the passionate pursuit of short term goals and I hope that One Mindful Month can help you get there. Remember if you’re new to the Facebook group, introduce yourself and find an accountability buddy to help you get through. If you are finished one month of mindfulness, feel free to continue on with us throughout the year!! Take it one month at a time. Otherwise, we wish you the best of luck, health, and happiness on your journey.
