ONE|MO|MINUTE: THINGS I WISH MY MAMA TOLD ME

from One Mo Minute · host Monique Mitchell

{ N E W + P O D C A S T + P O S T} Yep! I have the BEST mother in the entire world. She has taught me everything there is to know about being a woman. However, as I live a little more each day, there are a few things that I wish my mother would’ve told me about life. She could have let me in on the secrets to the path ahead. The inevitable road to being a woman. I never imagined that in order to grow, I would have to experience issues, setbacks, feelings and emotions. I get it now. It’s like my mother dropped me off to school, I am the student and life is the teacher. Thankfully, I've been taking good notes. Here are a few things I’ve had to learn the hard way. 1.You will be over looked. It’s apart of life. 2. Leaving people where they are will be one of the hardest things you will ever do…….. Trust me there’s more to this list. Head over to ‪#‎OneMoMinute‬ to listen and log on to The Single Black Female Projectto learn about ALL the things “I Wish My Mama Told Me” about life. Feel free to listen, like and share! http://sbfproject.com/things-i-wish-my-mama-told-me/
