One “Must Have” Trait for Entrepreneurs

from The Dadpreneur Daily · host Adam Dukes

This is something that is not talked about enough. And I am not sure why, because it's essential to your success.  But first... Last week, Ava & I were playing with the alphabet letter set my Mom Santa got form for Christmas.  Unfortunately, the set only includes one letter of each.  So not much for for Ava, or Adam.  However, Ashton is good to go.  So as we were putting the letters together to spell her name, and we were short an 'a'.  We had to use the letter 'q' as an 'a'.  Which is fine, as she likes to make somewhat of a long tail on her lower case 'a', so not sure she recognized the difference all that much.  And that brings me to the lesson in this email.  As an entrepreneur, you need to be RESOURCEFUL.  It's not discussed much, and I'm not sure why.  But the truth is... Most shit is not going to work.  Things rarely go as planned.  You are going to be thrown curve balls on a daily basis.  You are a daily problem solver.  You have to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.  And this is where a lot of people throw in the towel.  Or change course/direction.  They have ridiculous expectations, and give up far too soon because it didn't go as planned.  I know because I speak from years of experience.  If changing course was a misdemeanor, I was on a life sentence.  This is NOT an easy game.  It's why less than 10% of the population are entrepreneurs.
