One-on-ones that enable my employees and kids to operate in their zone of genius

In my business I conduct monthly one-on-ones with each employee to review their job, how it’s working for them, review any performance issues, and discuss what they need in order to do better. There’s a lot of benefits fo this approach over an annual review. A lot of those same benefits apply to doing monthly one-on-ones with my wife and kids.
