One Piece - Romance Dawn Overview
from Worst Generation Podcast 🏴🎙 Hosted by Worst Generation Productions
We want to apologize in advance for the audio quality. Craig has been giving us trouble lately. Most of the episode sounds regular but you will hear GB and the crew sound as if they're using voice changers from time to time. With the disclaimer out of the way, in this week's episode we'll be discussing Eiichiro Oda's 1-shot Romance Dawn, the chapter 0 "prequel" to One Piece. Although much of what is established in these stories do not make the final cut in One Piece, characters such as Garp, Luffy, and Shanks make an appearance and it's easy to see the Oda was considering the possibilities of his created world early on. Join the crew as we discuss the chapters, give our thoughts on Oda's choices going forward and compare the parallels between the series we love and Romance Dawn.
