I think it is logical to assume that Rey Skywalker will begin training a new generation of Jedi following the events of The Rise of Skywalker. That being said, it seems likely that Finn, should he so desire, would become her first student. Even before TROS was released, I believed very firmly that Finn was Force-sensitive.
