Back 2 Life is a podcast about recovering from mental illness, adiction, burn out, greif, trauma or simply from being human and the role that music and creativity plays in the healing process. Season 2 is foccussed on the world of electronic music with the mission of opening up this urgent yet taboo subject by speaking to artists about their personal journeys. Music and art can give voice to feelings and experiences that we can’t articulate in other ways, it can bring joy in sad times and enable us to process pain, to find community and so much more. I’ll be talking about all this today with 'ones' who’s real name is Primo he’s just released his debut EP Far Too Long which is "an incredibly emotive and dynamic body of work taking on the themes of heartbreak, loneliness, depression and destigmatizing the all too familiar issues of mental health, giving listeners an unflinchingly raw insight into ones personal diary."
