Onigiri

from Combo Breaker

This week I'm talking about Onigiri. A Japanese rice food filled with deliciousness. I've attached a recipe below for you to scope out! A simple Onigiri recipe from https://www.japanesecooking101.com/rice-ball-onigiri-recipe/ Ingredients Steamed rice salt dried bonito flakes (Katsuobushi) mixed with soy sauce Roasted seaweed Instructions Put some rice in a rice bowl. Wet hands with water and add salt. Place rice in one hand, press and form into a triangle shape. Make a well in the middle of the rice ball and put in Katsuobushi mixture. Close the well. Reshape and wrap with a sheet of roasted seaweed. This is a nice simple recipe that allows you to innovate to your choosing. Enjoy! Hey there! Welcome to Combo Breaker! A one two punch of enthusiasm! A little about me, I'm Cole and I love exploring my personal nostalgia as well as the collective cultural conscious when it comes to our past and pop culture. I love video games from the 80s and 90s, the Thundercats TV show, and the aesthetics of Miami Subs. I'm here to share positivity and enthusiasm for various forms of media.
