Del. Fluharty explains some of the safety rails that are in place with this type of betting, and how it specifically relates to West Virginia. Then after the break, Capital High School Principal John Anderson joins the show to discuss regional seeding for the Capital High School boys basketball team. Playing in the top or second spot among all AAA this season, some of the coaches who had a vote in seed placement ranked the Cougars in last place in their region due to a schedule that was already set prior to WVSSAC classification changes.
