Only Citizens Vote

In this episode of Nicky World we examine recent, documented cases of non-citizens ending up on voter rolls and casting ballots. We cover the New Jersey Motor Vehicle software failure that registered roughly 6,600 non-citizens (about 400 of whom voted), federal charges against non-citizens who voted in New Jersey elections, Bridgeport election irregularities, and the emerging case of Melissa Esperanza Ramirez — the woman charged in the July 13 crash that killed Bridgeport Officer Cooper Whiteside and his girlfriend. We look at how motor-voter systems and self-attestation create openings, why the SAVE Act’s documentary proof-of-citizenship requirement targets the real vulnerability, and why RFK Jr.’s proposal for free U.S. passport cards offers a practical way to require strong ID and citizenship verification without locking out legitimate American citizens. Citizenship is already the law. Enforcement and access can coexist.
