Episode 27 features studio guest Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado and a debate between downtown residents over a proposal to place an MLS soccer stadium onto public waterfront land. Retired soccer great David Beckham is searching for a site to place a Major League Soccer ("MLS") franchise in downtown Miami. After being rejected for a site within the Port of Miami, his group is requesting submerged land in Miami's brand new Museum Park.
