Episode 40 of the Only in Miami Show features our recap of the 1st annual Miami New Construction Show held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Part 1 consists of two parts itself. The first part is a 10 minute speech by the President of Related Group Carlo Rossi about his company's outlook for not only condominiums, but Miami itself. The second part is a single 45 minute panel all about Social Media in Real Estate moderated by our program's host Grant Stern. We were joined by social media pros Caroline Goeseke of Better Mark It! and Brenda Legiusamo of Keller Williams, Sarah Elles of Douglas Elliman, John Mahoney of Social Media 305 and Alex de Carvalho of the FIU School of Communications.
