Episode 43 of the Only in Miami Show featured Juan Cuba, Candidate for the Florida House of Representatives in Miami-Dade's 116th district stretching from Doral to Kendall. Mr. Cuba is also the current Executive Director of the Miami-Dade Democratic Party. As ED, he is responsible for recruiting candidates to fill every seat on the Miami-Dade County Democratic ticket for state legislature for the first time since 2008. Host Grant Stern commented on the City of Miami's then ongoing meeting to finalize the Worldcenter project's Development agreement and District regulations.
