Only the Lonely - Thoughts from Kevin

In this episode, I'm talking about The Epidemic of Loneliness and what we can do about it. Before the pandemic, there was already an epidemic of loneliness. And while we know that the pandemic will eventually subside, the epidemic may not… In fact, loneliness is becoming a larger and more important issue as more and more employees and organizations go virtual. So if you're feeling lonely or as though something just isn't right, here are a few strategies that I hope will help ease this pain.
