Ontario Premier Doug Ford announces carbon pricing referendum bill

Ontario Premier Doug Ford says that his government will soon table legislation requiring future provincial governments to hold a referendum before introducing any new carbon pricing plans. He is joined at the news conference in Mississauga by Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy. The government will also introduce automatic license plate renewal for drivers in Ontario.
