[Op-ed] HSC's Black History Month Events (contrasted with the "content chaos" of holidays)

Through Black History Month, the University of North Texas Health Science Center ("HSC") is hosting a variety of events not only celebrating BHM, and are actively helping to drive impact in the black community.  We'll contrast this with the routine "content chaos" that happens each holiday or national fill-in-the-blank month, where content is pushed-out without any relevance or action behind it.
