Mental health is very serious issues in our society. We barely discuss it . We have more proactive when it come to mental health . I would not suggested for person to take drugs when they're stressed. Those drugs have a lot of side affect. They have herbs thst would help with u your mental health. Unfortunaly the drugs company are not concern about your health. They're more concern about making a profit. Lastly mental health is more spiritual than physical . We spend more time by ourselfs.
